We understand that plans may change. Our refund policy is as follows:

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@fellowshipchapelnj.org within 14 days of the trip.

• Refunds will be processed in the same form as the original payment, unless otherwise agreed.

• No refunds will be issued within 14 days of the scheduled trip to Gettysburg.

• After the 14 day cutoff, refunds may be issued at the discretion of the organization, less any administrative or processing fees.

• Failure to attend the event without prior notice does not qualify for a refund.
